Manchester-Boston Regional Airport is composed of a small, modern L-shaped terminal with several restaurants and shops, found mainly on the airside. Vending machines are also readily available airside and landside. As mentioned above, The MHT airport is known for being a better alternative to the craze often found at Boston Logan International Airport. The airport is clean and efficient, with helpful and friendly staff. The terminals offer free WiFi access.
Level 1 houses the Arrivals and check-in counters. It has in front of the main entrance. There is an escalator to the pedestrian bridge with access to ground transportation methods, hotel shuttles, rental cars, and parking shuttles. Both Main and North Entrances lead to baggage claim area B, airline baggage offices, ATMs, information booths, vending machines, Lost & Found office, and Airport Security Office. The airline ticket counters are situated in the center of the first level. Near the South Entrance, there are hotel information boards, baggage claim area A, Vending machines, and airline baggage offices.
level 2 houses the departures, food, and drink establishments, Newsstands, and ATMs.
Level 3has Administrative offices and an Observation Area.
